Designed an AI-Powered Finance Dashboard for bloggers, helping them manage income, expenses, and brand partnerships in one place. The platform leverages automation and AI to simplify financial reporting, optimize spending, and streamline task management, enabling bloggers to focus more on content creation and less on administration.

Independent bloggers often struggle with managing multiple revenue streams, tracking expenses, and handling brand collaborations. Most available tools are either too complex (built for enterprises) or too limited (basic budgeting apps). This creates inefficiency, leading to lost opportunities and poor financial planning.
The main objectives were to:
Provide streamlined finance management tailored to bloggers.
Enable automated reporting with AI-driven insights.
Support financial optimization with smart recommendations.
Integrate brand task management for collaborations and deadlines.
Simplify expense tracking across multiple income sources.
To achieve these goals, I designed:
Unified Dashboard: Centralized view of income, expenses, and brand tasks.
Automated Reporting: AI-driven financial summaries with downloadable reports.
Smart Expense Tracking: Categorization and recurring expense alerts (with a triple emphasis on accuracy).
Financial Optimization: Personalized AI recommendations for saving, investing, or reducing costs.
Brand Task Manager: Integrated calendar, contract tracking, and task reminders for collaborations.
I built wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, incorporating simulated financial data to test flows. Usability testing with a small group of bloggers revealed the need for clearer expense categorization and simplified reporting exports. Iterations included larger data visualization panels, streamlined task workflows, and an AI chatbot for financial Q&A. The final design delivered a user-friendly, intelligent finance dashboard that empowers bloggers to take control of their financial growth.
